All systems (API, Search, and Website) have been fully restored.

The outage was caused by a network configuration error on the server. This misconfiguration triggered a cascading failure, where services repeatedly impacted each other and eventually caused the load balancer to fail as well. Although the server temporarily stabilized, the issue propagated further and ultimately led to database corruption.

The API experienced downtime due to a server migration. It has now been successfully moved to a new server, and the service is fully operational again.
