All systems (API, Search, and Website) have been fully restored.

The outage was caused by a network configuration error on the server. This misconfiguration triggered a cascading failure, where services repeatedly impacted each other and eventually caused the load balancer to fail as well. Although the server temporarily stabilized, the issue propagated further and ultimately led to database corruption.

The database has now been fully restored from a backup, and the underlying configuration issue has been identified and resolved.

We are continuing to monitor the system closely to ensure stability.
